Uxbridge Vets Values

Our mission is simple. We will provide the best possible care to our patients and the best possible service to our clients at a fair price.

We set out, in 2020, to establish a community practice. By investing in our staff and our facilities we are able to provide an advanced medical and surgical service but maintaining the personal touch. It is important to us that we get to know you and your pets and you can feel confident that you will see familiar faces whenever you visit. We look forward to seeing your dogs pull you into the surgery to see us (although we can’t promise the same for your cats!)

We promise to follow the five values we have established for Uxbridge Vets

Trust – we believe that all veterinary care is a team effort between us and you and mutual trust is essential. We will always strive to build this trust through honesty and integrity.

Excellence – we have sought out the best, most experienced local team and equipped our practice to a high level so that we can provide all our patients with the best care.

Service – we know that we will be judged by the service we provide to you and this is at the centre of everything we do.

Caring – as a practice we care about our staff, our clients and, of course, our patients.

Happiness – we want to make Uxbridge Vets the place that you and your pets want to come to, we love to see you leave with a smile (or a wagging tail!) This is what makes us happy to come to work every day!

OUR CLIENTS SAY

When it comes to the health of your pet we know that you want to find a veterinary practice that offers unrivalled care; after all, your pet is one of the family. You want to know that they will be seen by experienced vets using the most up-to-date facilities, in an environment that is comfortable and as stress free as possible…

Dog

Alistair the vet himself is so knowledgable, focussed, dedicated, sharp & clued on to his work as well as being so friendly, pleasant, understanding, reassuring and lastly so patient with a nervous wreck like me cause when it comes to my animals …… I’m a thousand questions!

MEHREEN IZAZ
Cat

Fantastic vet practice! Always feel confident leaving my pets (children), with them. Mark is lovely and makes a huge fuss of my cat in particular who can be quite nervous and not the easiest of patients I’m sure! Highly recommended.

MARGERET TINSDALE
Dog

Always a pleasure visiting Uxbridge Vets. From the ease of booking an appointment online, to the friendliness of both Alistair & Mark, it always makes what may feel like a stressful time (for both pooch and owner) a nice and easy experience. I always recommend to both my family and friends.
